DANGEROUS GOODS (GENERAL) REGULATION 1999 - REG 32

32 Dangerous goods prescribed as explosives

The following dangerous goods are prescribed as explosives for the purposes of the Act:

(a) all dangerous goods of Class 1,

(b) the dangerous goods described in clause 13 (d), (e), (f) and (h).
