(1) A person must not handle dangerous goods of Class 6 or any other dangerous goods of a toxic nature at a distance of less than 12 metres from any foodstuffs or empty containers intended for the conveyance of foodstuffs.Penalty: Contravention of this subclause is an offence and is punishable in accordance with clause 340.
(2) If a screen wall is positioned between:(a) dangerous goods of Class 6 or any other dangerous goods of a toxic nature, and(b) foodstuffs or empty containers intended for the conveyance of foodstuffs,the distance referred to in subclause (1) must be measured around the screen wall.
