New South Wales Repealed Regulations New South Wales Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
A person must not, with intent to deceive:
(a) obliterate, alter or falsify an entry or signature in a book or record required by this Regulation to be kept or made, or
(b) make a false or misleading entry in any such book or record.
Penalty: Contravention of this clause is an offence and is punishable in accordance with clause 340.
