New South Wales Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) The Council may, by resolution, adjourn a Council meeting to a later time or date or to the same or another place.
(2) If, at a meeting of the Council, a quorum is not present:(a) within half an hour after the time fixed for the meeting, or(b) within such further time as the person presiding may reasonably allow,all business that should have been transacted at the meeting is to be stood over until the next ordinary meeting, and is to take precedence at that meeting, unless a special meeting is convened in the meantime for the transaction of that business.
