New South Wales Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
A member of the Council may initiate a matter for discussion, or move a motion in respect of the matter, at a meeting of the Council only if:
(a) the member has given to the Secretary notice of the matter or motion:(i) not less than 14 days before the date of the meeting if the meeting is an ordinary meeting, or(ii) not less than 10 days before the date of the meeting if the meeting is a special meeting, or
(b) the Council, by resolution, otherwise permits.
