CHARLES STURT UNIVERSITY BY-LAW 1995 - REG 32

32 Death or ineligibility of candidate

If, before the declaration of the poll for an election, a candidate at the election dies, or becomes no longer eligible for election, the election is to proceed as if:

(a) the candidate had not been nominated for election, and

(b) that candidate’s name had not been included on the ballot papers printed for the election, and

(c) any vote for that candidate had not been cast.
