New South Wales Repealed Regulations New South Wales Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) All ballot papers must specify the names of the candidates.
(2) The returning officer must:(a) arrange for the order in which those names are to appear on ballot papers to be decided by lot and for those names to appear on all ballot papers in that order, and(b) ensure that the names of any candidates who are currently elected members of the Council are indicated as such.
(3) The returning officer must initial each ballot paper at the time it is issued.
