(cf clause 20B of Correctional Centre Routine Regulation 1995 )
(1) The Commissioner may designate an inmate as a high security inmate if of the opinion that the inmate constitutes:(a) a danger to other people, or(b) a threat to good order and security.
(2) The Commissioner may designate an inmate as an extreme high security inmate if of the opinion that the inmate constitutes:(a) an extreme danger to other people, or(b) an extreme threat to good order and security.
(3) Subject to clause 27, the Commissioner may at any time vary or revoke a designation under this clause.
