37 Prescribed public authorities

Each of the following corporations is prescribed as a public authority for the purposes of the definition of "public authority" in section 3 (1) of the Act:

Australian Postal Corporation

Hunter Water Corporation

Advance Energy

Australian Inland Energy

Energy Australia

Great Southern Energy

Integral Energy Australia

NorthPower

AGL Gas Networks Limited
