(1) Subject to subrule (2), the evidence of any witness on any issue at a hearing shall be given orally before the Court.
(2) Subrule (1) applies subject to the Act, the Workers Compensation Acts, the rules, any provision for the time being made by or under any other Act, any direction of the Court and any agreement between the parties.
