In this Part:
"issue at a hearing" means an issue of fact at a hearing arising on any claim
for relief in the proceedings, and includes a question of fact at the hearing
of an application for default judgment under Part 10 rule 1 (1).
"hearing" means a hearing in any proceedings other than proceedings to which
Division 2 or 3 of Part 5 applies, and includes the hearing of an application
for default judgment under Part 10 rule 1 (1).
