COMPENSATION COURT RULES 1990 - SECT 18.1

18.1 Order for general discovery

The court may, at any stage of any proceedings, order any party to file and serve on any other party:

(a) a list in accordance with rule 2 of documents relating to any matter in question in the proceedings, or

(b) a list as mentioned in paragraph (a), verified by affidavit.
