COMPENSATION COURT RULES 1990 - SECT 12B.10

12B.10 Guidelines

Except to the extent of any inconsistency with these rules, or unless the Court otherwise orders, the parties shall comply with the requirements of any Conciliation Guidelines issued by the Chief Judge.
