Definitions

5 Definitions

In this Part:
"authorised identifier" means:

(a) a person who is a veterinary practitioner, or
(b) a person who is for the time being accredited under this Part as an authorised identifier of companion animals.
"microchip" means a subcutaneous full duplex electronic radio transponder.
