Pursuant to section 6 (2) of the Act, the functions of the local authority for a place specified below are to be exercised by the person specified below in relation to that place, for the purposes of the provisions of the Act specified below in relation to that place:
Trust lands under the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust Act 1983 -the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust, for the purposes of:(a) sections 12, 13, 14, 15, 20, 29 and 30 of the Act, and(b) sections 69G, 69H and 92 of the Act in their application in respect of the provisions referred to in paragraph (a), and(c) the definition of "authorised officer" in section 5 of the Act, in its application in respect of the provisions referred to in paragraphs (a) and (b).
