New South Wales Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) A person who is a casual employee may apply in writing to the Chief Executive Officer to be included on the roll for an election.
(2) The Chief Executive Officer must include the person on the roll if:(a) the application is received by the officer between the first publication of notice of the election (in a daily newspaper circulating generally in New South Wales) and the close of nominations, and(b) the person is still an employee of the Ambulance Service at the close of nominations.
