(1) This rule applies to a driver:(a) if the driver's vehicle displays a current parking permit for people with disabilities, and(b) the driver complies with the conditions of use of the permit.Note :
"Driver's vehicle" and
"parking permit for people with disabilities" are defined in the dictionary.
(2) The driver may park continuously on a length of road, or in an area, to which a permissive parking sign applies (except in a parking area for people with disabilities) for:(a) twice the period indicated on the sign, or(b) if another law of this jurisdiction permits the driver to park for a longer period--the longer period, or(c) if another law of this jurisdiction permits the driver to park for an unlimited period--an unlimited period.Note :
"Parking area for people with disabilities" is defined in rule 203.
