New South Wales Repealed ActsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) The Board shall keep a register of specialists.
(2) A registered veterinary surgeon is registered as a specialist by the entry in the register of specialists of:(a) the full name and address of the veterinary surgeon,(b) the description of the veterinary surgeon’s qualification for registration as a specialist,(c) the branch of veterinary science in respect of which the veterinary surgeon is registered as a specialist, and(d) such other particulars as may be prescribed.
(3) The name of a person shall be removed from the register of specialists if the name of the person is removed from the register of veterinary surgeons.
(4) A registered veterinary surgeon ceases to be registered as a specialist when the veterinary surgeon’s name is removed from the register of specialists.
