New South Wales Repealed ActsThis legislation has been repealed.
A person shall not:
(a) use, or cause or permit to be used, in any artificial breeding procedure, or
(b) sell or cause or permit to be sold or otherwise distribute,any semen or ova if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe:
(c) that the semen has, or the ova have, been introduced into the State in contravention of this Act, or
(d) that the semen has, or the ova have, been processed, handled or stored in contravention of this Act or the regulations, or
(e) that the semen has been collected in the State from stock on unlicensed premises, or
(f) that the semen is not, or the ova are not, identified in the prescribed manner.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
