Unpaid charges and fees

73 Unpaid charges and fees

(cf Traffic Act, s 19)
Except as provided by section 39 (7), any amount of unpaid charges or fees payable under this Act is a debt due to the Authority and may be recovered in a court of competent jurisdiction.
