ROAD TRANSPORT (GENERAL) ACT 1999 - SECT 64

64 Unauthorised access to or interference with register

(cf Traffic Act, s 10ZM)
A person must not, except as authorised by the Authority or other lawful authority:

(a) obtain access to the register or information contained in the register, or

(b) make, alter or delete an entry in the register, or

(c) interfere with the register in any other way.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
