ROAD TRANSPORT (GENERAL) ACT 1999 - SECT 56

56 Meaning of “wrecked”

(cf Traffic Act, s 10ZE)
For the purposes of this Division, a motor vehicle is "wrecked":

(a) if it is demolished or dismantled, or

(b) if it is in some other state or condition, or damaged in some manner, prescribed by the regulations.
