Delegation by Minister

36 Delegation by Minister

(1) The Minister may delegate any of the Minister’s functions under this Act (other than this power of delegation) to:
(a) a public servant, or
(b) a public or local authority, or
(c) an employee of a public or local authority, or
(d) a statutory officer.
