In this Part:
"business" has the same meaning as in Part 10A of the
Taxation Administration Act 1996 .
"group" means a group constituted under Part 10A of the
Taxation Administration Act 1996 , but does not include any member of the
group in respect of whom a determination under section 16B is in force.
