Moneys in Public Trustee’s account to be Crown property

38 Moneys in Public Trustee’s account to be Crown property

Moneys in or payable into the Public Trustee’s account by, the Public Trustee, a member of staff or any other person acting or purporting to act under the authority of this Act, shall be deemed to be property of the Crown for the purposes of this Act, and shall be recoverable in like manner as money due to the Crown is recoverable.
