New South Wales Repealed Acts New South Wales Repealed ActsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) The Public Trustee may invest any money in the Public Trustee’s hands in any investment in which a trustee may invest trust funds in accordance with the Trustee Act 1925 or by this Act.
(2) The Public Trustee shall, with respect to such investments, have all the powers which are conferred upon a trustee (as therein defined) by the Trustee Act 1925 .
