The enactments mentioned in the Schedule to this Act are, to the extent
therein expressed, hereby repealed:
Provided that nothing in such repeal shall affect the validity of any act or
thing lawfully performed or done, or the liability of any person to pay any
fees or charges lawfully imposed by the curator or the curator’s agents in
respect of estates under administration by the curator at the date of the
commencement of this Act, but such acts or things shall be deemed to have been
performed and done, and such fees and charges imposed by the Public Trustee in
the exercise of the Public Trustee’s powers under this Act.
