(1) As soon as practicable after 30th June, but on or before 31st December, in each year, the Protective Commissioner shall prepare and forward to the Minister a report of the work and activities of the Protective Commissioner for the 12 months ending on 30th June in that year.
(2) The Minister shall lay the report or cause it to be laid before both Houses of Parliament as soon as practicable after receiving the report.
