New South Wales Repealed ActsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) The manager of the estate of a protected person or protected missing person, or such other person as the Court or Protective Commissioner approves, shall, in the name and on behalf of the protected person or protected missing person, execute all such conveyances, deeds and transfers, and do all such things, as the Court or Protective Commissioner directs for giving effect to any order or direction under this Act.
(2) Every conveyance, deed, transfer and thing executed or done as referred to in subsection (1) shall be valid and effectual, and shall take effect accordingly, subject only to any prior charge to which the property affected thereby at the date of the order or direction is subject.
