New South Wales Repealed ActsThis legislation has been repealed.
All expenses incurred by or on behalf of the Crown in the care and management of the estate of a protected person or protected missing person or in the supervision of the management, under this Act, by a manager of the estate of a protected person or protected missing person may be:
(a) charged by the Protective Commissioner against, and paid out of and recovered from, the estate,
(b) paid by the Protective Commissioner out of any money of the protected person or protected missing person that is received by the Protective Commissioner, or
(c) recovered on summary application to the Court,whether or not the management under this Act of the estate of the protected person or protected missing person has terminated.
