PROTECTED ESTATES ACT 1983 - SECT 6

6 Inquiries may be referred to the Protective Commissioner

(1) The Court may, in relation to any proceedings before the Court under this Act, by order, direct the Protective Commissioner to conduct such inquiry as it may specify concerning a person or the estate of a person and to report to it the result of the inquiry.
