PROTECTED ESTATES ACT 1983 - SECT 34

34 Termination of management

(1) The management of the estate of a protected person under this Act is terminated:

(a) upon the order that the estate be subject to management under this Act being revoked,

(b) in the case of a protected person who was, but has ceased to be, a person under guardianship (being a person the management of whose estate is committed to the Protective Commissioner) or a patient, upon the Protective Commissioner certifying under section 38 that the management is terminated, or

(c) upon the death of the protected person.

(2) The management of the estate of a protected missing person under this Act is terminated:

(a) on the order that the estate be subject to management under this Act being revoked, or

(b) on the Protective Commissioner certifying under section 38A that the management is terminated, or

(c) on the death of the protected missing person.
