Recovery of expenses16 Recovery of expenses
In case of any default in compliance with the terms of:
(a) any notice given by an inspector under sections 13, 14, or 15,
(b) any direction given or order published by the Minister in accordance with this Act,the Minister may authorise an inspector to do or cause to be done all such things as are necessary in order to comply with the terms of any such notice, direction or order, and the expenses thereby incurred shall be recoverable by an inspector in any court of competent jurisdiction from the person guilty of the default.
