NURSING HOMES ACT 1988 - SECT 5

5 Application for licence

(1) An application for a licence for a nursing home may be made to the Secretary by the person who intends to conduct the nursing home.

(2) Any such application shall:

(a) be in or to the effect of the form prescribed by the regulations, and

(b) specify the class or classes of nursing homes in respect of which the licence is sought, and

(c) be accompanied by such particulars or documents as may be required by the prescribed application form, and

(d) be accompanied by such application fee as may be prescribed by the regulations.
