Delegation of functions by Director-General

76A Delegation of functions by Director-General

(1) The Director-General may, by instrument in writing, delegate to an authorised person any function conferred or imposed on the Director-General by or under this Act, other than this power of delegation.
(2) In this section:
"authorised person" means:
(a) an officer of the Department, or
(b) any other person prescribed by the regulations.
