Date of commencement of Sch 8 (except as provided in sec 2 (6) (a)-(c), 1.7.1982, sec 2 (6) and GG No 90 of 30.6.1982, p 2959.
1993 No 47 Statute Law (Penalties) Act 1993. Assented to 15.6.1993.
