New South Wales Repealed ActsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) A person shall not, with intent to defeat the purposes of this Part:(a) operate on an account with a bank, building society or credit union,(b) destroy or conceal receivable property,(c) move receivable property from one place to another,(d) deliver possession of receivable property to another person, or(e) deliver control of receivable property to another person.Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2) In this section:
"receivable property" includes property likely to become receivable property.
