(1) Before commencing to hear an application for the appointment of a receiver, the Supreme Court shall order from the precincts of the Court any person who is not:(a) an officer of the Court,(b) a party, a legal representative of a party or a clerk of such a legal representative,(c) a member of the same firm of solicitors as the respondent,(d) a person who is in the course of giving evidence, or(e) a person permitted by the Court to be present in the interests of justice.
(2) The Supreme Court may, whether or not at the instance of a party, prohibit the publication of any report relating to the evidence or other proceedings or an order made on the hearing of an application for the appointment of a receiver.
