Anything done or omitted to be done by a person who is:
(a) a member of the Board, or
(b) a special inspector or a member of the Police Service, or
(c) an officer or temporary employee appointed or employed under the Public Sector Management Act 1988 ,in exercising the functions conferred or imposed on the person by or under this Act or in the course of the administration of this Act does not, if it was done or omitted to be done in good faith, subject the person personally to any action, liability, claim or demand.
