New South Wales Repealed Acts New South Wales Repealed ActsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) The Governor may, if of the opinion that circumstances have arisen rendering it advisable to do so, by proclamation, remove all the members of the Board from office, but they or any of them are eligible (if otherwise qualified) for re-appointment.
(2) The Minister must cause a report of, and the reasons for, the removal of the members of the Board under this section to be laid before each House of Parliament within 14 sitting days of that House after the date of publication of the proclamation in the Gazette.
