6 Application of Food Act 2003

In the event of an inconsistency between a provision of this Act or the regulations made under this Act and a provision of the Food Act 2003 , the Public Health Act 1991 or regulations made under the Food Act 2003 or the Public Health Act 1991 , the provision of the Food Act 2003 , the Public Health Act 1991 or regulations made under the Food Act 2003 or the Public Health Act 1991 prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
