DRIED FRUITS (REPEAL) ACT 1997 - SECT 2

2 Commencement

(1) This Act commences on the date of assent, except as provided by subsection (2).

(2) Sections 5-8, section 13 and Schedule 1 [1] and [3] commence on a day or days to be appointed by proclamation.
