COMPENSATION COURT ACT 1984 - SECT 29

29 Registrar’s jurisdiction

(1) A registrar may exercise such of the functions of the Court as are conferred on a registrar by the regulations or the rules of Court.

(3) A registrar may exercise the functions of any other registrar.
