COMPANIES (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1981 - SECT 11

11 Disposal of money by Commission

(1) Except where otherwise expressly provided by or under this or any other Act or law, all money payable to the Commission shall be collected and received by the Commission on account of, and shall be paid into, the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
