BLOWERING DAM ACT 1951 - NOTES

- As at 25 November 1997 - Act 24 of 1951

Note.

The Act is to be repealed on the corporatisation date (the date on which the Snowy Mountains Hydro-electric Power Act 1949 of the Commonwealth is repealed by the Snowy Hydro Corporatisation Act 1997 of the Commonwealth) - see sec 52 and Sch 2.1 to the Snowy Hydro Corporatisation Act 1997 No 99.
