New South Wales Repealed ActsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) A male person of or above the age of 18 years may make an application to the Authority to be registered as a boxer of a prescribed class.
(2) An application under subsection (1) shall be:(a) in or to the effect of the prescribed form, and(b) accompanied by:(i) a certificate of fitness for boxing of the class in respect of which registration is sought, being a certificate in or to the effect of the prescribed form which has been given by a medical practitioner not more than 7 days before the date on which the application is made, and(ii) the prescribed fee.
