(i) the Adoption of Children Act 1965 is an enactment to which sec 8 (2) of the Acts Reprinting Act 1972 applies, and

(ii) the Adoption of Children Act 1965 the words “of this section” in secs 25 (5) and 27 (1) excepted is an enactment to which sec 9 (3) of the Acts Reprinting Act 1972 applies, and

(b) pursuant to an order under sec 9B dated 16.4.1987 and published in GG No 70 of 24.4.1987, p 2072.
