(1) An amount paid or payable by a member of a club for residential accommodation provided at the club to the member is not an amount paid or payable for residential accommodation for the purposes of this Act.
(2) In this section, "member" of a club means a person who is a full member of the club within the meaning of the Registered Clubs Act 1976 .
