(1) This Act appropriates the sum of $3,167,000 to the Legislature out of the Consolidated Fund for the capital works and services of the Legislature for the year 2002-03.
(2) Any amounts expended for capital works and services under section 25 of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 or any Parliamentary Supply Act on or after 1 July 2002 and before the date of assent to this Act are taken to have been expended out of the sum appropriated by this section.
