YASS LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 1987 - REG 19A

19A Bed and breakfast establishments

Development for the purpose of bed and breakfast establishments:

(a) may, with development consent, be carried out on land within Zone No 1 (a), 1 (b), 1 (c), 1 (c1), 1 (c2), 1 (d), 1 (e), 2 (a), 2 (v) or 3 (a), and

(b) is prohibited in all other zones.
